What is Better, Quartz or Automatic Watches?

That being said, an automatic watch will never need batteries so that is one less expense you need to worry about.

Are your watches water-resistant?

Do you offer international shipping?

How much is shipping and how long does an order take to arrive?

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING to all our customers worldwide. These watches come from various suppliers in China, the USA, and Europe so shipping can take anywhere from 10 business days to a maximum of 21 business days, depending on where in the world you are located.

How do I track my order?

Once your luxury watch order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package’s status.

What is your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free return policy within 40 days of purchase. Please see our returns page for detailed instructions.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind about my purchase?

It depends on the supplier. Because our quality timepieces come from a range of suppliers we are unable to guarantee refunds if there is nothing wrong with the product. Please contact us if you do change your mind and we can liaise with our suppliers to determine if we are able to offer a return and refund.

Do your watches come with warranties?

Yes, most of our luxury watches come with manufacturer warranties. The duration varies by brand and model, so check the product description for details.

How do I set up and use a smartwatch?

We provide detailed instructions with each smartwatch purchase. Additionally, our customer support team is available to assist you with setup and any questions you may have. You should also note that most smart watches come with a link to an App that you can download that not only allows you to easily connect and sync your watch to your phone, but also provides detailed instructions on setting it up.

Can I get my watch serviced or repaired if it encounters issues?

Yes, however we do not offer watch servicing or repair services. Please contact your local watch repair service to have your timepiece repaired. If however it breaks within 40 days of purchasing it we will of course offer a full refund once you supply photo evidence and details of the fault (see our returns policy page for more information)
